Shahzad R. Khan is an accomplished Immigration Attorney. He has over 15-years of experience in the practice of law, including Employment Based and Family Based Immigration, domestic relations, estate planning, and corporate matters. He is experienced in civil litigation and an author of several published articles on Immigration and family law issues, and how these areas intersect.
Moreover, Shahzad is well experienced and versed in the areas of Employment and Family Based Immigration. He has prepared and overseen the preparation of Employment Based Non-immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, TN, and E-2 Petitions. In addition he has prepared and overseen the preparation of Employment Based Immigrant Visa Process, including the preparation of the Permanent Labor Certification, I-140 Immigrant Petition, National Interest Waiver, EB-1A & C, EB-2, EB-3, and EB-4. Shahzad moved back to Texas, his home state, in 2013 to be closer to family. Shahzad is married and has two daughters. His parents and a substantial amount of extended family reside in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. In his free time, Shahzad likes watching movies, working out and kickboxing, and spending time with his family.
