On March 29, 2022, USCIS announced that enough cases were selected from electronic registrations to meet the FY 2023 H1B CAP.  All prospective petitioners have been notified of the selectees that are now eligible for filing can subject petitions for their beneficiary named on the applicable selection notice.  USCIS will begin accepting FY 2023 CAP applications beginning April 1, 2022.  FY 2023 CAP applications will continue to be accepted for a period of 90 days, or until June 30, 2022, as as has been done in the last two (2) years.
