H1B Organizational Accounts and I-129 Online Filing

Posted by Shahzad Khan | Jan 17, 2024 | 0 Comments

All legal representative account holders and all organizations with an H-1B registrant account, as well
as new users, will experience new account enhancements, including improved design and case
management features.

H-1B petitioners will be able to file Forms I-129 and associated Form I-907 premium processing
requests online through their organizational account, have a legal representative file online on
their behalf, or file a paper-based Form I-129. The H-1B registration process is only available
online.

USCIS conducted usability testing on the organizational account with individuals who serve a variety
of roles in the H-1B registration and petition filing processes, including employers, human resources
personnel, attorneys, and paralegals. The feedback received resulted in enhancements to content
and improvements in interactions and functionality throughout the organizational account.

USCIS will continue to seek feedback from users of the organizational account and release
enhancements to the experience in the future
